Rezurrection App Privacy Policy

Summary

You can use most of the Rezurrection app without an account, and that information stays on your device. If you join the brand ambassador, Campus Energizer or rewards programs, you sign in with your email and the information you submit is stored on our servers so the program can run. The app has no ads and no tracking.

Information stored on your device

Rewards sign-up details (name, email, optional ZIP code, favorite flavor and your marketing opt-in choice), Faith Challenge progress and points, and the names or notes you add when you log sharing your faith are stored on your device only and are not sent to us.

Accounts (optional)

To join a program, you sign in with your email address and a one-time code sent to that email. We store your email address, a display name if you add one, and your sign-in session on your device.

Brand ambassador program

If you apply, we receive your role, full name, school or city, organization or chapter, social media handles (optional) and why you want to join. Program staff review the application. If you are approved, the app also stores:

• Events you plan (title, date, type, expected headcount and product quantities) and product requests, with shipping status and tracking.
• Promotions you log (type, an optional link, attendance, a short note) and an optional photo you pick from your photo library. Photos are stored privately and shown only through short-lived links to you and program staff. The app asks your permission before opening your photo library and can only see the photos you choose.
• Points, tiers and badges, and messages between you and program staff.

Approved ambassadors can see a leaderboard showing each chapter's organization name, school or city, total points and number of ambassadors. Individual names are not shown on the leaderboard.

Campus Energizer program

If you sign up as a Campus Energizer, we receive your display name, an optional phone number, the campuses you adopt, the product pledges you make, their status, and any order reference you enter. The ambassador who planned an event you pledge to, and program staff, can see your pledge.

Rewards

When you are signed in, logging a share stores only the date (never the name or note), so daily point limits can be applied. If you redeem points for merchandise, we store the item, size, points used and request status. Shipping details are collected on the brand's website during fulfillment, under the brand's privacy policy.

Notifications (optional)

If you allow notifications while signed in, the app registers a push token for your device with our server, along with the device platform, so we can alert you about program activity such as new needs or pledges. Notifications are delivered through Expo's push service and your device platform's push notification service.

Forms that open at launch

The partner application form and the Campus Energizer order form check what you type but do not send it anywhere in the current version. Before they start sending information, we will update this policy.

Purchases and gifts

The app never takes payments. Shop and checkout links open rezurrectbrands.com, and gift links open the Rezurrection Foundation's donation page (rezurrection.org) in your browser. Those sites handle payment and personal information under their own policies, including the Rezurrection Energy privacy policy.

Service providers

We use Supabase to host the program database, sign-in (including sending one-time codes by email) and photo storage, and Expo to deliver push notifications. They process information to provide those services to us.

Who sees your information

Your program information is visible to you and to authorized program staff, except for the shared leaderboard and the pledge views described above.

Retention and deleting your account

We keep program information while your account is active, and otherwise only as long as needed to run the programs or meet legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time from the account section in the app. This permanently deletes your account, application, events, requests, promotions, photos, points, messages, energizer details, pledges and push tokens. Copies may remain for a limited time in our service providers' routine backups before they are overwritten. You can also email [email protected] to ask us to delete your account.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

This app contains no third-party advertising.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Links to other apps and sites

The app can open bible.com, social media pages and email. Those services have their own policies.

Security

Connections use HTTPS. Program data is protected by access rules so that each user can see only their own records, except for the shared leaderboard and the pledge views described above.

Your choices and rights

You can remove information stored on your device by deleting the app. You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device settings. You can sign out at any time. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected]. We respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by law. Depending on where you live (for example, Texas, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, correct, delete or port your information, or to appeal a decision we make about your request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Changes

If we change how an app handles information, we will update its policy and the effective date first. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app before it takes effect.
