Club Apps Privacy Policy

Summary

Our club apps have no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. They do not send us any personal information. Favorites, settings and everything in the coach lineup tool stay on your device.

Information stored on your device

Favorite teams, game reminders, appearance settings and cached club content are stored on your device only. Game reminders are scheduled by your device itself; no push token is sent anywhere.

Coach mode and the lineup tool

Coach mode is a setting on your device. It needs no account. When it is on, coaches can plan lineups and positions and track minutes played.

• Rosters (such as player first names, jersey numbers and positions), lineups, game plans and minutes played are stored only on the device where you enter them. They are never uploaded to us or to the club.
• Minutes are visible only in Coach mode on that device. They are not shown to parents or other app users.
• If you choose to share a lineup card, the app creates a PDF that leaves out minutes played. It goes only where you send it, using your device's share sheet (for example Messages, Mail or AirDrop).
• If you choose to hand off a team to another coach, the app creates a file containing that team's roster and game plan. It goes only where you send it, and the other coach imports it on their device.
• Deleting the app removes all lineup and minutes data from that device.

Coaches should enter only the player information they need, and should share lineup files only with other coaches and staff.

Club content downloads

The app downloads club content such as schedules, results, news and, where available, field status. This content comes from the club's public website and from content services used to deliver it to the app. These requests carry no account or advertising identifier, and the app does not accept cookies. As with any website, the server receives your IP address and basic request details, which are used to deliver and secure the service.

Links and contacts

Links open the club's website, maps, registration sites or an email to club staff. Those services handle information under their own policies, including the club's own privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

This app contains no third-party advertising.

The app doesn't collect any personal information for us to share.

Children

The app is for club families and coaches. It does not collect personal information from children and has no accounts or chat. Player names a coach enters stay on the coach's device. If you believe a child's information has been sent to us, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Security

Connections to content services use HTTPS. Lineup data is stored in the app's private storage on your device, protected by your device's passcode and encryption.

Your choices and rights

You can remove information stored on your device by deleting the app. You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device settings. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected]. We respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by law. Depending on where you live (for example, Texas, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, correct, delete or port your information, or to appeal a decision we make about your request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Changes

If we change how an app handles information, we will update its policy and the effective date first. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app before it takes effect.
